Controlled and Certified by the internationally recognised 'Consorzio per il Controllo dei Prodotti Biologici' of Bologna. Please note the large seed quantities. Please also see our range of sprouting shoots and are generous and range from 20-50g and are certified organic. Soak the seeds in water for 8-10 hours and subsequently place into a container or seed tray or jam jar with some muslin over the top, leaving adequate space between each seed taking into consideration they will swell. Place the container in natural light and at room temperature. Water the seeds 2-3 times daily, changing the water, until their full germination occurs (usually 5-10 days). Wash and prepare the shoots properly before eating and they'll store for about a week or so in the fridge, but are best eaten fresh!! Easy to grow, healthy and really good for children to get them involved in growing. Can be done all year. Online price £2.99 per packet.
