All products are intended for the UK ONLY. Terre Nobili - Acqualagna is the most prestigious and famous truffle area in Italy (along with Alba). Terre Nobili who are based in this small town, are producers of wonderful artisan truffle and gastronomic products which we are proud to present to you for the first time.
Truffles are expensive and make excellent foodie gifts, but we've chosen a range of products to suit every budget and use in the kitchen. Truffle products are ideal used with pasta, risotto, polenta, eggs, roasted meats and fish, carpaccio, in mascarpone and parmesan cheese, olive oils, bruschetta, wild asparagus, mayonese, savoury tarts and for 'ripieni' (stuffing).
I personally recommend both the Ariosto products which have NO preservatives or anything unnatural - just fresh veg and herbs. Also the traditional Salamoia Bolognese from Turci is just to die for on roasts and grills and is the old fashioned way to preserve fresh garlic, sage and rosemary in sea salt for the winter in the mountains.
