Some of the highest quality rices in the world are produced here - Arborio, Carnaroli, S.Andrea etc, but Nembo is a brown risotto rice chosen for ease of growing.The rice can be sown as follows - take a childs paddling pool (removing the child first !!) and put 10cms of soil and add 4-5cms of water. Sow the rice into the water and it will germinate and take root and come out of the water. Maintain the water to a level of at least 1cm during the life of the rice. When mature, harvest, dry and seperate by rubbing together in your hands. 50g packet. £4.99 |
