Terms and Conditions

We aim to dispatch all goods within the time chosen (within 14 working days or less from the date of order) and customers can choose between regular or express post options. We will replace, exchange or refund any faulty item and we are a responsible and approachable company who understands that mistakes do sometimes happen, but we will work with you to rectify these fairly to the satisfaction of our customer and with honour.

Additionally, we will replace or refund any seed pcak returned unopened and in perfect condition if you change your mind for whatever reason. We regret that items which have been accidently damaged, abused, misused, or seeds which have not germinated due to adverse climatic conditions cannot be refunded. Performance subject to conditions. Certain products cannot be shipped outside of the UK for various reasons of weight restrictions, import restrictions or practicality - please check each product page for more instructions.

Errors and Omissions Excepted. Seed quantities and weights shown are approximate. Sowing times will vary with climate and geographical location. Pack styles may vary.

This does not affect your statutory rights. Quotes, images and recipes obtained by permission and cannot be copied without our permission.
