Beware - you won't be able to eat Chinese pine nuts after you've tried these!
Yes, they are expensive but what a difference! I love pine nuts and can eat them straight out of the packet. I'm used to the slight "paraffin" taste of the Chinese ones and thought that all pine nuts tasted like this. The Italian ones don't - they are wonderfully creamy and smooth tasting. I could eat them as a special treat, instead of chocolate. I hope the large packets arrive soon. They will be a special treat for me and I'll buy some as Christmas presents.
