'Pistacchi' Pistacchio Biscuit Mix *Gluten Free* from Borghini
Following the success of our cake mixes, you've asked us for biscuit mixes. 6-8 portions (250g) you simply mix in the whites of two large eggs, shape your biscuits and bake. Ingredients Pistacchio flour, maize starch, chocolate chips and a whole lot of love and care and ONLY natural ingredients. Pistacchio flour is really expensive but the biscuits it makes are just...... well, try for yourself.
Ingredients: Pistacchio (32%), sugar, mais starch, chocolate (sugar, cocoa paste and butter, emulsifier lecithin of soya, vanilla)
Recipe for cake
Pre-heat the oven to 180c. Pour the packet into a mixing bowl adding 2 eggs, 60g of softened butter, 100ml of water and a level tbsp of Bicarbonate of Soda. Mix and pour into a buttered 18cm diam. cake tin and bake for 25-30mins. Serve dusting it with icing sugar.
Recipe for biscuits
Whisk two egg whites until light and fluffy. Gently mix in the packet contents and form into your favourite biscuit shapes. Place onto a greased baking tray and cook at 160c for about 20mins. Serve with milk, tea, coffee, hot chocolate or desert wines line Vinsanto.
