Risotto "Strawberry and Rose"
A traditional risotto containing Italian risotto Roma rice, Strawberries and rose petals. Gently add to 1/2 litre of vegetable broth, adding a little gently sauted onion and tomato if you wish to enrichen it further without overpowering the strawberry. Stir to ensure the risotto doesn't stick and in after about 15-20 mins add a knob of butter and stir in some parmesan. Enough for 2 starters, a romantic antipasto for sure! 170g pack.
