better in spring!
Grew it in a big patch, it didn't really seem to have much flavour and was very fiddly to pick. The flowers are great though so I left it overwinter and found that in the spring there was alot of dense easy to pick foliage. Still not a huge flavour but a nice addition to omlettes.
