Late variety of medium height wheat which produces ears containing many grains. This variety is really easy to grow and it is resistant to leaf rust. Broadcast the seed and when it is fully mature, thrash, dry and clean before grinding into flour to make Italian loaves like the Campagnola, Ciabatta, Foccaccia etc.
