Our first ever Vegan cooking demo in our cookery demo theatre and bearing in mind that Franchi are the only Vegan approved seed company in the UK.
More and more people are becoming Vegan curious and some are going straight from meat to Vegan. Certainly in Italian cooking there is not a meat-and-two-veg culture and it is quite common to have a meal with no meat or fish, or vegan, and not feel 'cheated' in some way if you are a meat eater. So polenta springs to mind, pasta, pizza, gnocchi, piadine, risotto to name just a few typical dishes.
You may have a vegan in your family and you struggle to cook for them, or you might be considering become a vegan yourself. Whatever your reason for coming, book early to avoid disappointment.
